Welcome Mr. Hazenstab to CV! Before CV, he was Assistant Principal at Purchase Line High School. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Juniata College and his Master's Degree from Shippensburg University. Welcome!

Scholarships for Seniors: The Johnstown/Somerset Labor Council is sponsoring their annual essay contest on the topic of "Is the current Federal tax structure fair to all working families?" Deadline is April 2nd. The Salvation Army is sponsoring an educational scholarship based on the applicant's community service. Deadline is April 1st. See Mrs. Semelsberger for either application.

Seniors: For those planning to attend college, you can now file your financial aid forms, the FAFSA form online. It is FREE! Please check with your individual colleges you are planning to attend to verify deadlines for financial aid.

Juniors who are deciding on their future and considering to be a candidate for one of the armed services academies (Air Force, Coast Guard, Merchant Marines, Naval), it is time to begin the application process and contact your congressman for a nomination. Please see Mrs. Semelsberger to begin the process

If you like to draw and create unique illustrations, the National School Breakfast T-Shirt Design Contest is right for you. You can pick up an entry form and read the Contest Rules that are posted in the cafeteria. Please submit your entries to Mrs. Anslinger by March 8th.
