Public Records Request
PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST PROCEDURES
The following are proper procedures
for requesting records from the Conemaugh Valley School District under
Pennsylvanias Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. 66.1-66.9. Conemaugh Valleys Student Records Board
Policy can be found in policy section 216.
- All requests for records must be in writing and signed
by the requester. The request should identify or describe the records
sought with sufficient specificity to enable the Conemaugh Valley School District
to ascertain which records are being requested; the request shall also
include a name and address to which the Conemaugh Valley School District
should address its response. The Conemaugh Valley School District will not
accept oral or anonymous requests for records.
- All requests for records shall be addressed as follows:

- All requests shall be in writing and shall be sent to
the Conemaugh Valley School District by mail, facsimile to (814) 536 -
8902,or delivered in person during regular business hours Monday through
Friday, except holidays and official office closings.
- If a written request for records is granted, the
following fees will be charged:
Copies:
Photocopies - $0.25 per copy
Transcripts - $3.00
A photocopy is either a
single-sided copy or one side of a double-sided copy of a standard 8.5in x 11in
page.
